At Cake Studio Riyadh, all products are freshly prepared and customized to order. Due to the personalized and perishable nature of our products, the following policy applies:
1. Order Cancellation
Within 24 Hours of Order Confirmation
- Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of confirmation for a full refund.
- If any custom elements (such as name toppers or personalized decorations) have already been prepared, their cost will be deducted from the refund.
Between 24–72 Hours After Order Confirmation
- Orders are not eligible for full cancellation.
- A partial refund may be issued, depending on the production stage and costs already incurred.
- Alternatively, the order may be:
- Rescheduled to a later date, or
- Converted into a store credit
After 72 Hours or Close to Pickup Date
- Orders are non-cancellable and non-refundable.
- Only rescheduling may be considered, subject to availability.
2. Rescheduling Policy
- Orders may be rescheduled with advance notice.
- ⚠️ Rescheduling is not permitted on the day of pickup.
- All rescheduling requests are subject to production availability and must be confirmed by our team.
3. After Pickup
- Once the order has been collected, it is non-refundable and non-returnable under all circumstances.
4. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed within up to 14 business days from the date of confirmation.
- Refunds will be issued using the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed.
5. Important Notes
- All products are made-to-order and may involve early preparation, labor, and material allocation.
- This policy ensures fairness while maintaining the quality and integrity of our products.
- If you experience any issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible after pickup, and our team will review your case.
